Job duties/qualifications: This position will provide pharmaceutical services to the hospital, which includes interpreting medication orders, distribution of medication to patients, providing drug information to patients and other healthcare professionals. Reviewing therapy regimens to ensure the safest, most efficacious, cost effective medications are used to improve patient care.
Education/experience: Prefer experience working in an in-patient hospital pharmacy department. Must possess skills related, but not limited to medication distribution, drug information, I.V. admixture, order entry, pharmacokinetics, automated pharmacy dispensing, control drug inventory, and supervision of pharmacy technicians. Good organizational and communication skills are also required. Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy. Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience

Registered Nurses and C.N.As are needed to work 2nd (2:30 p.m. - 11:00 pm.) and 3rd shifts (10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.) Must be available to work 8 to 24 hours/week, including every other weekend and some holidays. Six-weeks of psychiatric nursing orientation and preceptorship are provided.
Weekend supplement provided.
Must be licensed or eligible for license in the State of Virginia.
Hourly rates are negotiable depending upon qualifications.
